I am occasionally tasked to assist clients with their
own inventions or concepts. When you need a Practical
Generalist to help you flesh out your concepts, I am
happy to assist you. My procedure is to bill you at my
hourly rate, including mileage, lodging & other
expenses. You pay costs to patent your invention in my
name and include our agreement to make it your
property after an agreed period of time (terms below).
1-Royalty for 5-years at 1.5%
2-Up Front negotiated payment (at granting of Patent).
3-Any additional consulting prior to patent at my
current hourly rate.
4-At the end of 5-years, I tender all rights to you and
“I go away”, never to be; “legally heard from again”.
(Unless of course, you want to buy another of “My
Many Discoveries”). We use Alibre Parametric CAD
for our drawings.

that this man invented the first Practical Light
Bulb in 1881 (when Black Men did not have it
easy). As you can see in the picture above, my
own Latimer Bulb is illuminating my own Bible
as brightly (126 years later) as it illuminated
Lewis Latimer’s Bible in 1881. So much for our
modern 10-year life bulbs (which rarely last
even a year). Regarding Inventions, the best is
yet to come. Thank you Lewis Latimer, for
illuminating the world we live in.
