Custom designed & built stand alone machine which
inserts instruction labels into syringe plunger of pill
crushing syringe. Previous to this Bronson
Engineering creation, a local medical device
company had 18 specialized assembly technicians
from the Philippines doing this difficult task
(six per shift working round the clock to keep up
with production). With our creation, one unskilled
technician per shift increased production beyond
earlier goals with zero defects. This freed the highly
skilled technicians for more productive work.

Custom automation machine, device design and
fabrication in our shop to meet your special needs.
All of our work (design/fabrication/installation &
Support) is at our same hourly time + material rate
of $85 per hour, portal to portal our shop in High
Ridge Missouri. Mileage is billed at current IRS Rate,
with air travel, expenses & lodging billed as accrued.
We also are open to cooperative work with your own
in house resources to keep your costs low and give
you more control over each project. All parts are
billed at my cost, so there are no hidden expenses.

my installations include “a forward look” regarding the
wiring & infrastructure to allow clients to upgrade in a
very easy & cheap way as technology matures. All

prototype stage for their manufacturing ease &
economy. My usual time/material/travel rates &
expenses apply and I am open to the usual legal
protections of my client’s intellectual property.
